The COVID-19 hotline is a service operated by the healthcare professionals at the KY Poison Control Center who can provide advice and answer questions. Please be patient as we are handling a high volume of calls and want to give everyone the time they deserve. For general information, please review the website prior to calling the hotline. Disability Prep: COVID- 19 Form: This document helpful for medical professionals in the event you are admitted into the hospital during this pandemic.  It includes information about a person’s medical history, medications, and communication preferences. The know your rights document explains what a person's rights are during a pandemic if they are admitted into the hospital. 

Disability-focused Information: The Administration for Community Living COVID-19 page has put together a list of disability-related COVID-19 information and resources. It is updated regularly.

Plain-Language Information: The Green Mountain Self-Advocates and the Vermont DD Council have a plain-language guide to COVID-19 set at a 3rd-grade reading level. The California DD Council created a Spanish-language version as well.

General Information: The CDC COVID-19 page is the most reliable source of general information about the virus. It is updated regularly. Some highlighted CDC pages are below:
